Far too many civilians have been killed., some deliberately. Starving people is a war crime which Israel have been doing since day one. They once went 12 weeks without allowing any aid in at all.

Still a lower civilian to combatant death ratio than Iraq or Bosnia. Remarkable achievement for Israel.
