Oooh I've been way from this thread a while. It doesn't seem to have progressed.
Tell em we don't think 19g says what some think it does.
push the boats back,
until some court might decide,
then say we don't recognise the law, or the court, or we have a new law
and keep pushing them back.
That should last longer than the smuggler's patience.
Meanwhile get an article in the Mail about the killer cutter sea-drones. the Ukraine supplies ones which buzz about just offshore and slit the canvas. I'll just get the pictures and videos done. "ALEXA"....

I had a cake, with party hats and everything else to go with it...
What? You've spoken to and assessed all of them?!?
I am only posting this to add a bit of colour. But, the two I know reasonably well are. They have both been Reform voters right from the start, so part of the base. One is a really lovely person in most respects, incredibly kind and generous, but admits to being racist. The other said to me a few months ago "I've got to be honest. I fckin hate these people." By which he means Pakistanis and other Muslims. That finally made me decide that he probably is racist.
