We are living through an extremely difficult period. I don't think anyone really knows what the underlying problems are, yet alone what the answers might be. A new party is unlikely to make things better.

I just can not be bothered with the time waster any more. I have given links, it says 5 years, there are landlords forums all talking about the 5 year contracts. Other than pretending to be a landlord and going through the serco process and taking screenshots there is nothing more I can do.
They are offering 5 year contracts, no maintenance costs, no agents fees. Thire website was titled "calling all landlords" have a Google for that
