Possibly. It seems to be a projection. Two things spring to mind:
Brexit has altered the balance of immigration and that might be a major factor in this projection.
My Reform voting friends will be happy because they often tell me that the UK will be a majority Muslim country in fifty years time. But this graph from his report says otherwise:

Just to add to my previous comment. Putting politics aside, this research paper makes it clear that if immigration continues at the recent levels there will be big changes to the demographics of the UK.
