Hello,
I am in the middle of replacing a ballcock in an expansion tank.
All going ok except when i had it all connected up the inlet connector
- which I hadn't touched started leaking. So i tried tightening up but
it just got worse.
As the tank is right up to the loft ceiling I have dismantled the whole thing
in order to fit the valve.
On dismantling the inlet i find that the coupling which was causing the leak
seems to have a fixed internal flange and the remains of a rubber washer
which has perished.
Question is: what is this connector and can I get one the same?
Photos attached.
Thanks for any help.
