I wouldn't say that I was pizzed. Is everyone that has 4 pints automatically assumed to be drunk?

I am a seasoned drinker. I don't drive- never learned how to- but after 4 pints I can walk in a straight line and happily climb a ladder, sit on a seat in a cab office, pay the driver, stop off for a kebab/etc.

I accept, that by virtue of the fact that I consumed alcohol, I was not, by definition, stone cold sober, nevertheless, I was minding my own business whilst waiting for a cab. I wasn't outside shouting at pigeons. Had I ignored their question, I would have got my cab home.

Pure and simple he is his own worst enemy at times which will always deflect circumstances when it shouldnt .

Not really. I knew very little about him. The main thing I remembered was when a few years ago he tried to prejudice a trial at the crown court. Then I found out more lately that he was in prison on some sort of contempt charge over a civil case. Then he got released. And now this has happened. Anyway, I don't understand your point. Is the list of things posters said he has done correct. As far as I can tell from a quick Google, they are all true.
 
Does he have any redeeming features?

Even his name is an attempt to fit someone else up.

To be fair. You didn’t get the best legal advice. If you were D&D they should have arrested you. The fact they didn’t would mean it’s hard to stick that on later when you claim. There may be a decided case that I’m not aware of the CAB lawyer was thinking of.
