I am a complete novice at diy so apologies if this post is in wrong section.
I’m attempting to turn a little spare bedroom into a hobby room. The first thing I’ve done is to remove the large mirrored doors from a built-in wardrobe, followed by the framing within.
While this went without hitch, apart from revealing a load of rawl plugs i somehow have to remove, it has highlighted areas i need to add skirting to if it’s not to look weird with the rest of the room.
However my house (and obviously the skirting) is 25 years old. I’m not sure if I’d be able to get skirting to match rest of room? Will i need to renew it all for it not to look odd?
Thanks in advance
Phil
