The Bell hotel. Looks like it’s set a precedent.

Reform party have no solutions to asylum seeker crisis or small boats.

If anybody disagrees......you are welcome to provide the details of their policies

It's probably a bit of a win win for Reform on this matter. If they were to gain power come 2029 and make decent progress re solving it, that's a win. If they gain power and can't solve it due to legal/legislative barriers, they can blame that.

New poster here... apologies if I have missed something but in the Bell Hotel court case, does anybody know if the hotel's owners are to be fined or made to pay court costs?

(As I believe the case made was about a technical breach of planning regulations rather than anything to do with the immigrants themselves).

They sought injunctive relief, typically but not always costs are reserved for the final hearing.

A very good question!

The Bell End hotel was a simple change of use planning issue. But no outrage when union flags are hung from street furniture without permission

Or they could tale a leaf out of the Labour playbook and repeat parrot fashion "Following x years of broken government……" over and over and over.

Quite right too. Why would anyone other than U.K. haters have reason for 'outrage' for showing pride in your country?

It has nothing to do with pride in their country, it is falling for the Farage riots rhetoric and all that stands for.
