I have a high traffic area thats leaving fingerprints and the associated oily residue ?

I clean it back and recoat with dulux high sheen kitchen matt silk type finish but it doesnt last long

I actually thought about 2 coats of an oil based satin or eggshell finish ?

I recommend this stuff

I'm doing one of my BTLs, funnily enough it's Leyland Trade satin gloss I'm using at present for the woodwork. Seems to be going on fine.

How easy is the hard wearing emulsion to work with and what kind of finish does it give?

Cheers.
Hi

I have to say its great to apply straight from the tin and a day later its dried to a nice matt finish .....not superflat ....and not eggshell or satin

It drives away water well , its expensive at 42 quid a gallon but good quality
