90/10. Because in the pleasure squad we are all fantastic to look at, we really dont have to try or work at that part of things. Just remember to smile when whistled at, wear sunglasses even if it isnt sunny and put strategic tears into our PPE for that extra sex appeal. The work we do is highly technical though.

Gas leak from customer phoning to report it we had to be on site within 1 hour. If you missed the hour then tracker checked. Tracker told them everything from key going into ignition to van actually getting started and moving then every bit of entire journey. Over the period of a year 97% of jobs must hit targets otherwise fines in the tens of millions from the regulator. So very strict. If caught in traffic you had to call them to tell them you were going to miss it that way if someone had become free nearer they would get job
