Honeywell Galaxy Ethernet Problem Cannot Communication with Remote Module

Dear All I hope find solution for my issue at galaxy dimension panel

I trying to communicate to panel Galaxy dimension 48 VR.7.4 throw Ethernet Module E080-10 VR.5 . it is already IP is pinging but I can’t connected throw RSS software , pls see attached pic .

Only I can open software throw RS232.

Appreciate your support ASAP .

You need to ensure that the following Ethernet settings are selected:
1. remote access 56.4.3.1 to 4 (Any time) which is default
2. mode 56.4.3.2 to 1 ( Direct access ) which is not default

i have other 2 question pls regarding the below pls

1- Just need to freeze the system so we do not receive any alarms during this time. For example, on Sundays to Thursdays, the system will be active between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. and on the rest of the days, the system will be active all the time .
( I did it by schedule, but I can't get some of the steps ) .

2-Event Monitor when i connect i show this message how i can change this port
