Yes, would also be a problem here, the Welsh flag is not included in the Union Jack, as it seems Wales is not a country, it is only a principally.

But the red cross is used else where, it is the same with the daffodil, some charity also uses it, and I am not walking around with a leak.

But the rapping problem is not only a problem with a flag, I noted in the alternative technology centre they made a wind charger out of a bicycle hub dynamo, no slip rings, and it has turned around enough times to snap the wires, the one I made simply did not let it turn into the wind, as the wind either went up or down the valley, never across it, and it did not matter which way around the wheel went, it generated.

So I would think northing to do with the flag, more to do with what is around the flag, and how the wind runs around buildings and trees, wind it seems is an odd beast, I have seen so many pictures of sailing ships, with the flag to the stern of the pole, how? One would assume the wind blowing on the ship, would be blowing stern to bow, or it would be going backwards?

Anyone, stupid or otherwise, is essentially free to 'speak' as freely as they wish (within 'legal limits') in GD - but I, for one, keep very well away from that place (and similar places) !

And yet the Union Jack contains the flag of a country which is no longer part of the United Kingdom.
