Its unfolding exactly as I said it would - remember I said it all before Farage even said he was going to stand - furthermore he was actually saying he would not stand at the time.Meanwhile good old Nige’ is on track Maria Caulfield, defects.

That's the country we live in. Elitist lawyers queueing up to spend taxpayers' money on illegals who presence demonstrably makes the country poorer and more overcrowded. The government could stop this gravy train overnight but they choose not to. Another big green loogie hawked up and spat into the face of the British public.I have already posted but its analogy of the effectiveness of the current Government so fits here as well.

A robust legal system is not one where teams of lawyers make millions fighting for the rights of illegal non-citizens at taxpayer expense. If the illegals cannot fund their case they should get no aid, just like we'd get no aid if we arrived in any other country illegally (we'd get aid to enter our prison cell but that's about it). In fact, forget that, most UK citizens wouldn't get legal aid in our own country.I am glad we live in a country where the rule of law is respected. I would imagine that these first few cases will test the rules and decide that there is no reason why asylum seekers cannot be returned to France. After that it will be plain sailing! This is how a robust legal system is supposed work, holding a government to account and protecting us all from arbitrary and illegal actions by the State.
