What are you watching on TV right now?

Did anyone watch the womens 800m

What a race. Such fast times for a major final.

I hadn't realised Keely had only just come back after being out injured for more than a year. Also, they say she's been unwell for a few days with a serious tummy bug. To run that time was amazing. World record next year!!!!!

I have always loved the 800m.

This is probably the greatest ever. David Rudisha setting a world record in the 2012 Olympic final, leading from start to finish. Utterly majestic.

The Covid Contracts: follow the money, on ITV. A reminder of how much money was wasted on acquiring PPE in 2020, and the eye-watering amounts of money back channeled into private firms, many of 'em set up for the purpose of squeezing as much money out of the taxpayer as possible.

Alternately, you can tune in to Black Rabbit on N.flix. Jude Law and Jason Bateman run a restaurant in NYC; what can possibly go wrong?

Bryan Ferry is 80 today. BBC4 has him on for a few hours. I used to really like his music from when I first heard him 50 years ago.
Let's stick together.

"Coldwater" - best thing on TV for a while
Ewen Bremner (Spud in trainspotting) is just brilliant

The place will be emptying out quicker than bowels after a dodgy curry, when we get a bit of blue on the board early doors.
Looks like it’s going to be close.
