Some of them, yes. As posted earlier at least some new ones and those installed since 2021 are recyclable. It IS correct because we were talking about the CURRENT blades in use now or were in use
I am not complaining about them I think they are great. Some of them, yes. As posted earlier at least some new ones and those installed since 2021 are recyclable.
So it's not a good reason to object to new wind turbines. Not anymore. It's like complaining about petrol vehicles because their exhaust contains lead from leaded petrol.

Its the blades that are the problemAccording to National Grid, between 85 and 90% of a wind turbine is recyclable, and is recycled.
And they typically last 20-25 yrs.
The thing is, when this is mentioned to pro net zero politicians and tree huggers, they dismiss it, saying the UK can be a trailblazer in this area, showing other countries how it should be done. It's irrelevant to them what the actual benefits are, they are hell bent on us adopting all these measures NOW to prevent the earth imploding within ... what's their most recent guesstimate ... a decade?UK emissions is very low compared to others

No, not trueIts the blades that are the problem
No you don’tI am not complaining about them I think they are great.
Its the blades that are the problem
No I do not - you are lying again - that is not the con bit.No you don’t
You think renewables are a con.
You are not reading correctly or are deliberately being a troll about itAnd the blades are less than 10% of the turbine.
"Doh throw out the babby wi' th' bath wattah" springs to mind.
I said its the BLADES that are the problem not the whole thingNo, not true
Just because one component used to be non recyclable does not make wind turbines “a problem”
Typical conspiracy theorist
You don’t want to address the fact the biggest rise in energy bills has been caused by fossil fuels not renewables.sign up to it for 15 to 20 years then find out its not working and all we are getting is expensive bills and a massive hindrance to everyday life then just let it go for another 20 years then jump onto it again
