Flag dynamics

Right great so you agree that its people on the street and not some dark agency behind it all orchestrating - buying the flags and going out in the middle of the night with a ladder as per odds an carmans conspiracy nonsense

Oh it's people on the streets putting up the flags of course.

People who have been encouraged to do so, and provided with free or subsidised flags, by organisations which are orchestrating it.

Massively affecting our area in hull. They are not welcome.

So I guess we can scratch being welcoming to people seeking asylum as something you are proud of about this country.

Is the reason you've not said what you are proud of is that there isn't actually anything?

I am proud to be British, if you have to be told why anyone is proud to be, that is your problem and nobody elses

Number of hotels and makeshift mosques is growing here in London to the point that you're never more than 300 yards away from them.
Lots of houses near these hotels have been on the market for a long time and the only offers they get is from the imams at 50% the market rate.
House prices will fall in these areas and people will be trapped, unable to move.
Naturally the different "cultures" will clash and the outskirts of London will become no-go areas, like the favelas in Rio or Mumbai.
Mission accomplished for the midget.
Good enough as an example for you?

Are you working on the basis that if you spew out enough racist bile it will become true?

Back to you, provide any evidence, ANY, that these hotels are not affecting people's life.

It doesn't work like that.

If you make a claim, it is 100% down to you to provide evidence to show that it's true.

Are you unable to understand that?

Maybe he has dementia - serious question.

So your position on debating on the basis of facts and evidence is to suggest that people who disagree with you, and who expect you to have facts and evidence to justify your claims, have dementia.

I think that tells us all we need to know about your integrity.

I don't see Gary Neville's logic
He says someone put up a Union Jack on one of his building sites recently, and so he (Neville) took it down saying " You haven't put Union Jacks up in the past, so why now?"
If you haven't done something in the past you cant do it now

Lefty logic....

It's a perfectly reasonable question.

Giving the strong correlation between flying UK/England flags and racist/xenophobic/Islamophobic views (a correlation which some people here are making stronger and stronger all the time), and the current ramping up of hate speech by populist politicians and violent groups it's quite reasonable for a business owner to challenge the sudden appearance of flags on his business operations.

You ever question why you feel the need to have a palestinian flag as your avitar when you are from Britain and not Palestine?

I am in, and from, a country where values which I am proud of are under attack from politicians and an increasingly politicised police force. I'm making a statement that expresses opposition to their oppressive policies.
