Video intercom door lock

Hi.
I have a video intercom model Shenzhen Xinsilu Smart Home xsl-530-v3 that glitches on the door lock mechanism when the fob is presented at the panel. Also glitches when unlock is pressed at the video phone door release button.
It doesn't glitch when the exit button or emergency exit button are pressed.

I disconnected the lock output cable and I can still hear the relay on the panel glitching (door unlock- lock-unlock- lock etc).

Anyone have any ideas what is causing the issue.

A wild guess - how long is the power supply lead, from the power supply unit, has it been extended at all?
