Column rad not heating in all areas

Just installed my new vertical column radiator, plumbed it in, turned CH on

It’s warming up but not on all vertical panels

I’ve released all air out of the system via the bleed valve (until water coming out)

It’s mainly the vertical column directly next to the inlet (TRV) side that’s cold

Edit: lock shield is turned to fully open position

Was the radiator marked flow, and return, and does the pipe connected to the flow side, get hot before the return if you feel them?

Yes, stickers still on

Yes the inlet side (pipe) warms up first

It's not really cold indoors yet - Is the room stat switching the heating off, before the entire radiator is warmed?

Only the upper part of my radiators, are getting luke warm at the moment, but getting warmer, as we progress to the cold weather.

Blast all the flow through this radiator by turning all the others off - just in case there is some sort of blockage or air lock. Then bleed again.

Just needed a good blast I think!
