reconnecting the electric from a demolished building

Basically anything electrical, is the "service head" and meter still there? if not is there a largeish cable somewhere that looks like it has been "capped off"? or a run of wires on poles?
we’ve asked. The OP has not even been on site yet. No point wasting anymore time until we’ve been given at least a small clue!

Sorry for the delay!
The land owner, she is elderly and dose not have a phone or computer and the address I have for hear she dose not live there most of the time

Anyway its an old army baracks they put up in the second world war, there was electric water and waste

Hard to tell from the pic but it looks like there may already be an enclosure there. The basic job may be simple after DNO/energy provider have been contacted.

oh yes, but my x-ray eyes cant see through that bag. A pic of the innerds may help, but it may be there, but not connected.
There's newish tarmac on the footway. could be disconnected under the footway.

Like the group of abandoned houses that, in the 1960's, had live power from a nearby military compound via about a mile of buried cable

No supply from the normal electrical supply network. Rumour was the houses were used for clandestine war activities
