Edit: originally though my shower diver cable had failed, after removing the hose, noticed the water is coming from outside, with a slight delay to water coming through (after turning on£ suspect there is a leak further up the pipe work.
Anyone know what model this could be, how do I remove the horizontal with the shower head on, it can rotate, so a strong chance any leak is there.

So it looks like my shower diverter valve has totally failed (my first thought was the valve was not positioned correctly and a lose hose! The pressure has also dropped from the rainfall head. Or is there the potential it’s a blockage?! It’s a hard water area but we have a softener.
I believe it is a H&R (Hudson reed) design, can anyone advise on this being straight valve swap? I’m a bit concerned on the ‘damage’ on the back which is not spotted before.

Blocked or kinked hose? It shouldn't be leaking there, are you missing the washer in the hose connection?
Could also be shower head bunged up with crap.

Thanks, the flow out of the rain shower head seems normal, albeit lower flow. Hardly any water leaks out when the hose shower head is selected.?!

The hose is not selected, all the water should be coming out of the rain shower head.

If you believe it's a HR shower then they would be the people to contact and send them pics. If it's one of theirs they should be able to ID and confirm if parts are available.
