Sealing gap around toilet pan connector

Noticed a tiny gap, where the pan connector and soil waste join.

While plunging, water backs up onto the floor in this area.

Could anyone advise on the best material to seal this gap please?

Concrete floor, area is dusty with construction debris and it's damp.

I think you've got a bigger issue than that little gap TBF, that's pretty damp.

Anything you use to seal that, apart from mortar, will need the area clean and dry. A polymer silicone adhesive would also do the job but again needs to be clean.
