Where have they gone?

We're currently living in the times that labour party supporters have been dreaming of for over a decade. You'd think they'd be content and smug, enjoying the utopian life we're all now living. But it's not going well, even the most devoted disciples must be able to see it's all going wrong and they definitely won't be getting a second term, and it's possible they won't survive one.

It must be hard watching the thing you've believed in all our life just crumble apart when put to the test. It probably explains a lot of the anger that's about at the moment.
I don't see the next election results yet, theres a lot of time before that. Politics changes quickly, especially as elections loom

But Reform is not an answer, if you've studied their ideas and current council performances.

What really needs to happen is the middle ground needs to get stronger. Unfortunately some see that as left wing, but it's not, it's combining left and right ideas, for sanity, not greed

That's a hilarious bit of "whatabout" logic!

The clue's in the headline.. "threatened to kill". Do you think he should have got let off?

Whereas Lucy Connolly didn't specifically threaten anyone.
Oh but she did.

Not just the once that finally got her in trouble.

suddenly you dont think locking people up for violent opinions is "the socialist way"

make yer mind up

Whereas Lucy Connolly didn't specifically threaten anyone.
yes she did: asylum seekers in hotels

Well it isn’t a labour only forum so I believe that it is everyone’s right to support whichever political persuasion they like without being persecuted or ridiculed.
I am happy for anybody to support whoever they like.............but if they do so blindly, then they will get challenged

you for example like Nige "because he makes me smile" -that is blind faith

She didn't. Didn't threaten anyone or suggest anyone else should do anything to harm them.

She said she didn't care if the hotels burnt down. That's not the same as saying that people should set fire to them. It's a subtle but very important distinction. If the case was tried it would have fallen apart. But it wasn't - she was arrested on Friday evening, and had to appear in court on Monday morning. The only legal advice she got was from a government lawyer, who told her to plead guilty. So she gave in, which was understandable given the situation.

In Farage's case, he specifically said he'd come and "pop pop" him. Totally different, even our two tier system couldn't excuse this.

Most Reform supporters are the middle ground, as are their policies.

The Left has got so far Left that what used to be the middle is now seen as "Far Right", if you believe our deliberately misleading PM's many spewings about them.

People are ridiculed for blind belief over verifiable facts, their adherence to the cult of personality, or their flat-out trolling.
Some people are so dull and have nothing else in their lives that they feel the need to verify everything someone says rather than just accept that some people have lives and don’t take a forum so seriously.
