Hi all, can anyone suggest why I have a water leaking in at point shown, it's not pouring in but it's making a bit of a mess.
There's no water running down the roof sheets inside, the gutter isn't blocked . Not sure what I should be looking for
Thanks

Just guessing here but I would expect the clear panel above is not watertight around it's edges. Have a look from above at the integrity of the seal where the clear panel meets the white frame. In heavy rain I would expect water to pool at bit at the bottom of the clear plastic where it meets the white frame, and the joint is probably not watertight.

Thank you for the reply. Do you mean water between the sheets of plastic? And it's pooling at the bottom?

The sealing bar over each join snaps into place, can loosen with age and movement due to summer heat, you can ensure it’s tight by gently hammering along it’s length with a rubber mallets.

Thank you, are you referring to the joint between the panels or the piece plastic that fits along the bottom of each panel which sits above the gutter.

I'm guessing - a photo of the roof panels above where the leak is occurring would help. What I'm saying is there could be a leak where the clear panel is meeting the frame, particularly at the lower edge of the panel. The sealing might have degraded.

I would also try searching this forum for "leaking conservatory" as you'll find some old posts.

You may have water being blown up under the roof sheet where it sits on the ' Ringbeam.' It is potentially then running down behind the plastic moulding ( the bit above your red line) ,which is clipped in using a rubber mallet . The roof sheet will be sat on a plastic upstand , usually with double-sided tape on the top of the upstand secured to the underneath of the roof sheet. This upstand is clipped into the aluminium ring beam, which is sat on top of your frames , and your gutter is clipped into. The upstand should fit snugly between the two roof bars , Sometimes this isn't the case and you can get a gap. Also Sometimes after roofsheets have been replaced the double sided tape on the upstand isn't replaced and the roof sheet can little a mm or two and let driving rain in , but youd never see the sheet move.

Do I need to remove the gutter to check if everything is as it should be, I pulled back the plastic moulding you mentioned and I could see the ring beam and there was water... Just a bit... Below it. The water isn't pouring in and could be the result of rain blowing up under it, if removing the gutter would show me what the problem was it would be reasonably straightforward to do.

Pulled the plastic away and I can see moisture and even a little pool of water where I have marked, I'll take gutter off tomorrow and see if I can see where it's getting in

Do the above pics show anything that might cause the leak, I slid the roof bar down a bit, as you can see there's some moss at the top, took the end off the panel, no water inside as far as I can see, had a good look as much as I could at the roof panels ask seen to be sealed nicely weather has been crap hence the delay in getting it to look, haven't taken the gutter off yet that's the next step. Thanks guys really appreciate the help.
