Is it possible to have more than 50k in premium bonds

Dunno, I think notch was bulls hitting....
Sitting on the fence here

BUT @Notch7 you did make this claim

Yep, he said he did. Then realised he'd been caught out and tried all sorts of back tracking. Liar7 was busted again.

I’ve not followed any of the PB argument. But if I invested £50k in PBs and thought it was rubbish, I’d shift the money elsewhere. If for what ever reason shifting it elsewhere became shoite , what’s stopping me bunging it into another £50Ks worth PBs like notch did?

Perhaps you should. You should also read up the PB holding rules. Read his post again. He says he won £50 that month. He must have had premium bonds to win something. He then said he was buying ANOTHER £50k's worth. 'ANOTHER' £50K's worth implies he already has £50K’s worth. You cannot have more than £50K's worth. You couldn’t buy £50K's worth even if you held a £1 PB from years ago. £50K is the maximum holding. He was lying.

Can a household only have £50k?

Wound up? Who is?
Poor Highway Mam

You got angry and started this to try and have a go at me…..if it makes you feel better, It’s ever so upsetting seeing the muppets trying to prove something they can’t :ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:

Notch does like to post a lie or two, he does it so frequently he could trademark it.

You’d have to explain how you won, £50 on this draw and were able to add £50k this month to count in next month’s draw without having held them for a minimum of 1 calendar month and also transferred them out at the same time

But given you pay f/all tax you’d be better opening a Chase account.

Notch buys £1k worth of PB. He must hold them for a full calendar month before they are in the draw.
Notch is not eligible for the next draw
Notch wins £50 on the following draw.
Notch invests another £50k to be in the next draw.

Notch cannot hold £51,050 in premium bonds
Notch cannot invest now for the next draw.

NotchyFacts pants are on fire
