Because they don't actually give a ... about antisemitism. What drives them is their hatred of those who are non-white and/or Muslim, so they call anything which does not align with their prejudices in that regard "antisemitism".
For example if fillyboy really cared about antisemitism instead of just cynically using the claim to smear those who don't share his hatred of Palestinians, or who criticise his beloved Israel, he would not carry on supporting Faragenführer.
