probably not

its not worth the risk of saving £50 in my op

depends on the job , if its just for a small bit of vinyl somewhere with little or no footfall - Maybe , but probably not and also how has it been stored for the 5 years - in a garage that has low and high temps variations - below say 5C and above say 35C

£40-£50 quid saving on the overall job probably not even as a DIYer - been caught in past on old stuff snf had to redo it all again !!!!!!
