Anyway , who does the country owe this money to.
I believe a lot of it belongs to British investors who rely on the interest paid to fund the pensions of British workers.

I don't think so.
The UK national debt is primarily owed to UK institutions and citizens.
The government sells bonds to these institutions and guarantees regular interest payments on them.
A lot of these payments are used to pay private pensions, so I guess the interest generated on these debts is recycled into the economy.
If the National debt disappears wouldn't that affect people's pensions.

And all this is paid for by inflated money, which makes prices go up, and so we all pay. You make it sound like it is something to be shrugged off, but it is a huge fraud on the British taxpayer / investor / saver to maintain a growing parasite class.

The country's finances never used to be like this. Using money that you haven't got is the very definition of left-wing, where living within your means is right-wing.

My daughters brand new school lasted 2 years. Its now due to be knocked down due to greed, cheap materials. An unskilled workforce. And building control not doing the job that pays them so well.

It gets worse:

Two Cornwall schools constructed by Caledonian Modular, Launceston Primary Academy and Newquay Primary Academy, were demolished in April this year. Both schools were only partially constructed before “several construction issues” were noticed by the DfE, leading to them being torn down.

Update 23 August: Following surveys by the DfE, Haygrove School in Somerset, which was also constructed by Caledonian Modular, has been told that it cannot use its main building until further notice.
