ICE told to get the eff out

Innocent until proven guilty do you mean?

You do inhabit a weird world in your mind.

Russia would suit you well
Could you please leave out the personal attacks and insults and stick to the facts of the case please as you are sailing close to the wind and breaking forum rules. Canadians and the rest of the visiting world......

International tourism to the United States has experienced a significant downturn during President Trump's second term. While global tourism is rebounding to pre-pandemic levels elsewhere, the U.S. is the only country among 184 studied expected to see a decline in foreign visitor spending this year

Ouch.

Since the fat orange rapist nailed his toxic name to The Kennedy Centre, there have been many significant cancellations.

Ouch.

Toxic Trumps US is seeing an economy and his popularity in decline, since his term began.

Ouch.

Thanks.

Even if the first gunshot can be justified, which I think is nonsense, the second and third shots are obviously illegal. If one of those is found to have killed her, then that would be second degree murder.
Totally wrong, if you were correct he would be sat behind bars. Nobody gets away with murder

Have you seen the insults you and others throw at me

Show me the insult I threw at spline.

What about that American diplomat who ran over and killed Harry Dunn.

I have tried to be objective throughout this thread. If somebody intentionally shoots another person in the head, without justification, and that person dies, then that is murder. So, if it was either the second or third bullets which killed her, then that is murder. I am just applying a bit of logic.

No I haven't seen those, however I am trying to give an unbiased opinion on this topic. I have no political bias or motivation to sway anyones opinion one way or another. I believe everyone has a right to their own opinions. My opinion counts for a lot and I am a big influencer and I realise this, but sensitive topics such as this calls for a calming demeanour that I have in order to try to pick out the facts based upon the law.

I understand and respect your reasoning, however it needs someone like me who is level headed to ensure that all of the facts are considered in an appropriate way.

Might have been mentioned earlier in the thread, I wonder if the agent had some sort of flash back to the incident he'd experienced six months or so back? Or if that previous incident maybe (even subconsciously) clouded his judgment in terms of his actions.

I think that is very likely. But he shouldn't be back on duty in that case. Also, his behaviour was vey unprofessional. Who deliberately stands in front of a moving car. Who carries a phone in one hand and a gun in the other. Why didn't he just step out of the way as stated in the rules.

I believe it may have some role to-lay in his actions, however even so who are we to say whether or not that he was fit for active duty, it was 6 months ago. I once banged my head on a lamp post when I was 6 years old, I now work on them but occasionally have flash backs. I am still deemed fit to work on lighting.
