Can I please check, what sort of torque settings you use for the blue flying RCBO lead of a 32A, 20A and 6A Hager RCBO?
The manufacturer says 2Nm2 however I see the 32A has a 4mm cable and not sure what size is the 20A and 6A, looks like 2.5mm stranded.

My electrician used around 1.4Nm2 after checking with a Whiha torque screwdriver, when i use 2.0 the cable seems to gets seriously squashed dspite using a ferulle.

Also for the RCBO the settings are 2.1Nm2. Is this both for the live bar as well as the live and neutral?

What would you do?

Graunch on it until it's tightened properly?
Quite so. As I've often observed, if one tightens these terminal screws only to the torque specified/recommended by the manufactures then they often feel (at least to me) to be far too loose, in that I can easily get them much tighter 'manually'.
