Advisory after new shower fitted

I wonder how many people have this same problem and dont even realise it, handyman etc probably replace showers like for like all the time and don't do any testing.

I don't think there is any real need to 'wonder', since I think that we all know that the 'how many' will be a very large number :-)
 
In post #14 OP stated that the EFLI in the 2021 EICR was 0.9 Ohms.

That’s within limits but feels high for a 40 A circuit in a domestic TN-C-S installation. Does the EICR mention EFLI at the consumer unit?

The photo of the cutout suggests a TN-S earthing system not TN-C-S.
