Apparently he engaged the services of a sex worker ( she was consenting ) but when it came to payment his cheque / money order bounced
( more than ounce ) she made a complaint to plod and the bloke was charged with rape

don't know about Belgium but in the uk as long as there are no more than 1 sex worker operating in the property - its legal. (from memory).

There was a famous case of a policeman who tried to extort money from a bloke and his lady running out of a motorhome in a car park. The corrupt plod wanted a cut, but the man argued he was nothing more than an employee (driver) and the cops nicked the dodgy plod, not the bloke and his mrs. All her tax returns where legit.
