This thread must have been before he shared an antisemitic tweet with a 'rat' emblem, a well known jew hating emblem. So we have a thread, where people are invited to discuss the hatred of jews providing the best reason they can think of to hate jews. Given that I have drawn attention to the possible breach, nobody can say that having regard to all the circumstances, they were not aware that racial hatred is likely to be stirred up thereby.

so thats section 19, (1) b. - a thread inviting people to post their best reason for hating jews.

As if hatred of Jews must have a rational basis that can be identified and discussed. This is a classic anti-Semitic rhetorical structure.
