That he won't try to fix the issue, leaving the straights unusable. He's threatening to walk away and not take any responsibility for his actions.

Plus it's a threat for all the people demanding Iranian regime change, which Trump has given up on.

In reality it is irrelevant, if Iran decides to continue hitting US bases then Trump will just get pulled back again. He doesn't have
