Don't be ridiculous, demand is so high we'd be waiting until the 2040s to launch anything.
I got three here, plus two beef pies in the freezer

They've done it in Star Trek.
Great film....True story apparentlyMatt Damon also did it, and survived alone for months there.

Yes, but that's the point - heavy lifting it may be, but that's all it is - just doing what we already know how to do only a lot more of it. Crucially it's not things we don't know how to do or cannot be done, like FTL, wormholes, etc.
replacing it with muscles that allow us to cope with weightless environments better? It may sound a bit far fetched now but who knows what will be possible in the next 50 years.
Ryan Gosling did it only recently.Matt Damon also did it, and survived alone for months there.

That is another good possibility. I nnever actually thought of that. You could have more crew due to the small footprint that would bring along with a much smaller craft. Why bother with muscles, just have your brain, floating in a glass jar?
Any good that film? (Hail Mary) Might have a watch tomorrowRyan Gosling did it only recently.
Good point maybe aliens have different laws? The laws of physics are just man made constraints

ExactlyThe laws of physics are just man made constraints

The laws of physics are just man made constraints

Of course they are, lots of things defy the laws of physicsThey're really not.
Who thought them up then? They're really not.
