He isn't trolling but expressing his views on it being a fake, he isn't alone with this theory there are lots of others who think the same. If you look at some of the evidence supporting his theory, it is actually quite compelling. I believe they did land on the moon from the scientific evidence that is left behind but you cannot dismiss so easily some of the claims that it was fake.

I can imagine in the future that scientists will be able to alter our molecular structure and possibly remove the things that enable us to live on earth with gravity, possibly removing our skeleton and replacing it with muscles that allow us to cope with weightless environments better? It may sound a bit far fetched now but who knows what will be possible in the next 50 years.
