They do! They grow to 4ft long if you feed them beetroot juice mixed with caterpillar skins..I was thinking more like red lilly beatles. Yours don't survive up here.

On reflection, I think it may have been the terrible sleet we had yesterday. (Spotted some of the damaged foliage on the ground) Will those holes stunt the growth of the flowers?
