exercise bike/ squats (adding weights as you progress) for muscle groups above the knee, walking for calf muscles

I do a lot of walking and hill climbing but I still have girly legs

What I find a lot, is that everyone brushes up against me, if I am stood anywhere I feel hands feeling my muscles in an attempt to use it as an excuse to move me out of the way. The girls in our offices are always undressing me with their eyes and making comments towards me. Most days I just feel like a lump of meat. If the boot was n the other foot they would be straight to HR to complain, I have nowhere to go as I get the same from our HR dept. I can't win.

They probably just feeling sorry for you.
