phoenix company aren’t helping - the bath is only 8y old. Can anyone suggest where i can get an old “new” one or what to do. I can’t replace the whole lot as I have a corner bath that was difficult to fit and plumber said if anything ever needs replacing he’s not sure how he’ll ever pull the bath out.

Has the click clack plug snapped off? If it has you may find that the click clack mechanism might screw out of the waste, if so then you may be able to replace it with one the same same thread size.

That being said it doesn't look the correct shape at the top to be removable.
