The last few days have been terrible for me, I thought I'd got away with it this year but nope it's got me.

I take a Piriton tablet every day but I dont think it's doing much.

Any home remedies or any suggestions?

I only started to suffer in my late 30s and it seems to be getting worse.

Eat marrow bone 3 times a day. Works wonders.....woof!

I have had since I was six and winning the egg and spoon race. Take something stronger than Piriton, try something with fexofenadine in, allevia is a brand name. Good buy on amazon. You can double the dose safely if necessary according to my doc. Beconase works really well and like most medicines its takes a couple of days regular use to kick in.
Pollen levels are high at the moment because I am also having to use eye drops.

Thanks for the advice....its terrible isnt it?

Not the advice, the hay-fever

Nobody suffers hay fever as bad as I do. I have tried everything and the best I have found is the anti hystemine tablets from Tesco, their own make, really cheap but they work. I am built like a tank and am rock ard but hay fever can knock me out. Unbelievable but true.

Tesco have three different own brand anti histamines with completely different medicines. Which one?
