Is it murder or man slaughter

Agree.
Having now seen the video, possibly the officers though it was just another case of "I don't feel well, I've been stabbed" to get away.
In any case, the female officer administered first aid almost immediately.
What I don't understand is why they didn't assess his wellbeing immediately: that's something officers do as standard procedure.
I recently saw a young chap arrested outside a petrol station for shoplifting, I was amazed at the series of questions the cops asked about his mental and physical welfare and whether he was on any prescription or “ non prescription “ drugs or medication.. Quite a contrast to the current case.

We worked for a lawyer who specialised in employment law

Unfair dismissal claims if possible always look for the opputunity ?? To play the race card
Employment law is different to criminal law. In criminal law you are innocent until proven guilty. In employment law the onus us on the employer to prove themselves innocent. Consequently, employees throw as many claims in against the employers as possible in the hope that one sticks.

Can you imagine the riots and marches if the killer and the victims skin colours were swapped?
Pretty much the same as last night?

Linky Linky

Oh, and don't forget the Southport riots...

Whipped up by das fuhrer and yaxley-lennon...

And attended by a larger than normal percentage of those who had committed/were being investigated for domestic violence

Farage needs to be thrown out of public office and banned from politics forever for using this awful situation for political gain, and for using it to insight yet more racial hatred and division.
He (Farage) is by no means the only politician to do it, however just because you say something doesn't make it true.

He explicitly said there had been no media coverage of this case.

Outright lie.

It was interesting watching Yusuf being interviewed on the telly box yesterday. He was desperate to do the usual Reform stuff, raging at this that the other, however to an extent this was curtailed by the news presenter stating Henry's family had said they didn't want his death to be used in a negative way.

Disgusting how Yaxey is using this to promote racial hatred
But totally predictable...

Just as disgusting is garbage/deform doing the same...

And badenoch is doing it too, just with a bit more subtlety...

But what they all have in common is that they don't care about the victim's family!

Yes, everybody should unite in praising the Police for the excellent way they handled this case.

Digwa and his family convinced Police to ignore the obvious signs of a person in distress and prioritise a racially aggravated allegation of assault, without any obvious signs of injury on the accuser. Meanwhile the real victim was incapacitated on the ground and struggling to hold on to life. We do not need any benefit of hind sight to see the obvious signs of a person struggling to breathe and fading fast. Handcuffs are a use of force and they must be justified and proportionate. It's obvious from the footage that this justification was not evident.

Its quite possible that the police officer assaulted the poor lad, caused pain and accelerated his death.
