Every poll leading up to yesterday's election had it too close to call. At the very least, the combination of Restore and Reform votes beat Labour.

And now we're expected to believe that every pollster - every single one - got it wrong and Labour somehow managed to win by some huge margin that meant the MSM could claim the patriotic vote was too small to win it regardless of who they voted for. Suspiciously quick vote count, declaration and confirmation too.

Do I smell a rat? Yes. And I notice Nogel is quiet as well. He's normally very quick to make a statement congratulating the winner etc. when the outcome is not in dispute. This suggests he also has some concerns and there will be a very serious statement from him later when he has collated the evidence.

Dangerous times for democracy.

Perhaps they wanted to motivate the lefites to get out and vote.

It was a very weird election though. Many who voted Burnham hate the Labour party, bizarrely they were voting Labour to get rid of the current Labour PM (Starmer). So this may explain the difference between the feelings of those being polled and what they actually voted.

There's absolutely no way that Labour will ever get 55% again in any election - this was a freak event, not the beginning of a comeback.

Oh I agree, Labour is - thankfully - dead. Worst case scenario is we get a Reform government. Ideally we continue to move forward so that by the next GE it's Restore.

I do, though, think this was more than a freak event. It'll be hushed up now and Nigel will be derided when he presents the facts for all to see but, in years to come, I believe evidence of severe electoral fraud - orchestrated at the highest levels - will become undeniable.

Is it surprising that when right wingers win, it's fair and square, but when they lose, it must be under suspicious circumstances.
And dangerous times lie ahead. Is that a disguided threat?

No, leastways not from me. Dangerous times for democracy if the powerful elites can cheat the elctorate. We need better audit and governance of the voting process to prevent it.

Anyway, I am not sure I can be doing with your usual aroundaboutery as you slowly line up an artifically contructed argument to call me a racist, so shall we just cut to the chase on it?

No, leastways not from me.
So why make it?

You've just repeated your warning.

Something approved by Farage?

Yeah, sure go fo it.

You've just repeated your warning.
Here you go, trying to twist my words into some artificially construed argument that I am threatening public disorder. I am not and it is obvious I am not. Given that there is evidence of cheating in elections, I am advocating for the introduction of compensating controls into the process to detect and prevent it. Otherwise, we do not have a democracy we have a silent olgarchy, where the plebiscite thinks it has a say but actually the outcome is fully dictated behind closed doors.

Nothing in that line of argument even hints at the fake scaffold you are trying to erect around my words so as to claim I am violent. Nothing.
Something approved by Farage?
I would be supportive of Farage being involved in any commission designed to look at how we tackle the issue yes and, if he is the next PM, I would be supportive of tackling it being in Reform's manifesto.

No, I do not support anything that makes a single person the arbiter of who won the election.
Yeah, sure go fo it.
1 step forward, 2 back in terms of you wasting everyon'es time, then, as you open up two entirely new avenues to create preposterous misinterpretations of my position so as to accuse me of being something I am clearly and evidently not.
