Morning,

I have a freestanding air con unit that I've vented out through the loft. This has of course needed a long vent hose. I'm worried that the heat isn't efficiently being pumped through it and ending up blowing back into the unit.

Is there some sort of pump I could use midway to help the heat move along?

Do you mean a fan mid way along? Potentially an extractor fan may work, however you need to check manufacturer instructions for the ac unit that it is permitted to operate with a vent that is longer than a certain length in the first place..

Yeh, something mid way just to help extract the warm air. I guess some sort of extractor fan could work. Just trying to picture how to set that up.
