I think giving up drink entirely could be right for some, Paul gascoine for example. For someone who isn't an alcoholic the likes of you and I, a drink in moderation and a social setting is fine.

If you cannot control the amount that you drink yourself, then get someone else to do it for you. An example, yesterday at a friends house Lena said that's enough now, she was controlling my intake. I was glad she did as I would have simply continued.

You know I did drink on holiday and that i had a beer at the Airport.

Well anyway, I never Kaned the free all inclusive beer. And thats where I discovered the Erdinger Alkoholfrei 0.5%. I like it.

However from January 31 to June 22 I gave up alcohol completely, I wouldn't of entertained 0 5٪. I was bang on 0%.

So your right, Erdinger Alkoholfrei 0.5% isnt alcohol free. So im not completely off the alcohol.

I was very conscious about the 0.5٪ but never thought about adding it to the equation of my thinking.

Does that make sense?

My daughters are pretty good at that. And Mrs Bod has been in the past.
