That won’t happen because re form can’t influence the outcome. If the investigation results in criminal charges and he’s convicted and gets more than one years imprisonment, he is barred from standing an MP.

If we emit 1% of emissions and China emits 30% (30 times as much) then we need to be working three times harder to keep up. You might say that we are ahead because we started earlier which is true, but right now China is doing more than we are by any metrics.

China built one wind farm that had more capacity than all ours put together iirc.
