Doesn't seem to be a lot of cars on your roads either.
The last marathon we had they just let the runners go through the traffic but a few got killed so they sectioned the roads of this time.

Later...The Boroughs where a bunch of old-timers in a retirement community gang up to stop weird aliens. It'll pass the time til the NFL gets going again. Only three more weeks.
