Personally I can’t see anything wrong with it and it ticks all your boxes. My only concern would be the DSG so make sure you have a good warranty on it and it is regularly serviced. Mechatronic units can be troublesome so put a way a couple of grand for when it goes wrong. Also, it says no VAT. Does the dealer own it (in which case you will get some guarantee) or are they just selling it on behalf of someone (in which case you could have a problem with warranty).

If everything checks out, get it and give us all a rest.

Says they all come with a fresh 12 month mot so I’d want that as well as any advisories attended to.
