Does anyone know if the supermarkets are now selling real sourdough and not so much sourfaux.

I think all super market bread is rubbish. We buy from a bakery.

We have a couple of really good ones but both are a trip. Local but not local enough.

There’s a little posh town on my way to the shop, I pop in once or twice a month for a treat.

Problem is that it is expensive. But I will spend out as it is a lot more healthier than most other bread breeds

I can’t eat cheaper bread. The only one I like is the seed batch type.

Yeah, that’s what I have. Warburtons seeded batch although yesterday they were sold out. I had to make do with this:

Not as nice but better than any other alternatives.
