How do i remove this radiator

What is the construction of the floor?

Drain system. Remove valves from rad. Remove rad from wall. Remove brackets from wall. Open floor. Cut off pipes. Fit stop ends. Refill system. Make good.

So sorry, I should've of gave been a bit clearer. No not permanent , just need to fit panels behind the rad. So very temporary

Close both valves. Use drain valve on left valve to drain radiator. Unscrew valves from radiator tails. Lift radiator off wall.

Don't forget that if you fit panels to the wall that will move the radiator out from the wall by the depth of the panel and anything behind it. So that may affect where the pipework will need to be to ensure the valves line back up to the rad when re-installed

Thanks for the replies. Just need to confirm something please - please check the image attached and advice if turning the hex counter clockwise will stop the water and drain key will allow all water to be drained out of the system?

If all you are doing is wanting to take the rad off then no need to drain the system, just the rad - Firstly - test the TRV on the right works properly. Put the CH on and turn the TRV all the way to 0. The rad should not heat up. That then ensures the TRV is shutting the rad off properly.

Then, leaving the TRV at 0, turn the hex in the valve on the left clockwise until it stops - that will mean the rad is then isolated from the flow and return. Then using the drain valve - the square lockshield to the right of the hex - to drain the rad down - opening the bleed valve at the top of the rad to speed that up. Once the rad is drained then the nuts at the rad tails can be undone and the rad removed.

Always best practice and sometime safer to have 2x1/2" blanks to cap off the valves either end until the rad is to be re-fitted.

No, as Madrab says above, turn it CLOCKWISE to close.
