The ones that you think are baggy on the legs are supposed to be skin-tight.As an ex international male model for underwear you would think that I could wear anything. I struggle to find boxers that are large in the crotch and tight on the rear which is what I need. Certainly sizes etc have changed over the years.

You can't stick a diabetes label to a particular size.I'm not sure how a 37" waist is slim, that is well into Type 2 diabetes, abdominal fat issue territory according to googling
I personally like under armour and New balance - man made fabric seem to stretch better and be cooler.
I used to buy M but now L, because I got fatter.
Back on the OMaD diet, which is working well 1kg a week coming off.

Bloody hell. You can't stick a diabetes label to a particular size.
I have been anything up to 172kg and 54" waist and I have been nowhere near diabetic.
Currently, I am 131kg and 44" waist. My HbA1c is now 36.

In other words fat... no waist just straight up and down. I wear tight boxers made from bamboo, they look like lycra and are tight fiting but they are only for people with my physique.I'm naturally quite broad. Wide shoulders and hip bones.
But I might also be measuring the wrong part.
I wear boxers and trousers on my hips rather than my actual waist.
Basically I've got a weirdly large bum. So, even though I'm very slim, if I wear them round my waist I end up giving myself a wedgie![]()

Yes fatso that's what I said, big arris and a beer belly with ridiculous thin legs and flabby shoulders.
No, people say I look too thin.
I've always had a weirdly big bottom. It makes finding trousers really difficult because there's no dangle room left because it's all wrapped around my bum.
