Can I please check that there aren’t any issues with threading 15mm pipe across studs that will be 400 centre?

Please let me know if there are any handy tips. Thanks in advance.

No issues. No tips, bore the holes and feed the pipe through them.

Yup -If aesthetics aren't a concern then a 18mm spade bit will do it too.
